It’s cold
It’s lonely
I’m alone
I want to cry.
It’s hard
It’s dark
I’m afraid
I want to hide.
To be brave
To be strong
To stand up
And learn how to fight.
To be good
To be humble
To love
And live a happy life.
I’ll try
I’ll do it
‘til the day I can say
I’m a better person now!
